The Champions Season 6 Episode 2

I am so excited for this episode!!! I was new to The Champions writers room this season, but had been a fan of the show for a long time. And the way the timing shook out, at the start it seemed like maybe The Super League wasn’t topical anymore. But luckily, we had the multiverse at our disposal. I’m SO glad we found a way to make fun of The Super League. Because it’s truly the worst and SUCH a delight to make fun of. Neymar as a head writer gets me every single time. It was so much fun to work on this, and I think you can tell from the finished product. A lot of joy and love for these very silly men playing the beautiful game. Stay tuned for episode 3!
